Audrey Moran
Senior Vice President, Baptist Health Foundation

Audrey Moran is the Senior Vice President for Social Responsibility and Community Advocacy at Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida.  She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Syracuse University and received her juris doctorate from Duke University’s School of Law.  Moran has enjoyed a broad and varied career, ranging from serving as a top prosecutor at the State’s Attorney’s office to Chief of Staff for former Mayor John Delaney to the CEO of the Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless.  At Baptist Health, Audrey has five significant areas of responsibility: social responsibility, philanthropy, behavioral health, spiritual care and women’s health strategy.  She serves on the board of directors of the LeRoy Collins Public Policy Institute at Florida State University and The Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center.  Audrey also serves as Chair of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is an active member of the Women’s Giving Alliance and has previously served as a trustee for the Jessie Ball duPont Fund, a 300 million dollar charitable grant making organization in Northeast Florida.







Michele McManamon
Principal, Sandler Training Jacksonville

Michele is co-owner and operator of Sandler Training in Jacksonville, FL.  Sandler Training is a sales and management training development company.  The Sandler system focuses not only on technique training, but on behavior and attitude training as the forefront.  This empowers their clients with an “up-front”, “no-nonsense” approach to sales.  Their goal is to help companies of all sizes grow in their businesses.

In 2014, Michele co-founded a non-profit (501c3) organization called Operation New Uniform.  ONU is committed to help veterans develop the skills necessary to interconnect their background into business, network in a professional environment and sharpen communication skills that will lead veterans to the opportunities they deserve in business.

Michele was awarded Woman Business Owner of the Year - 2002; in 2011 she was awarded one of the Top 50 Business of Influence as well as one of the Top 25 Influential Women in Jacksonville and has been named the Small Business Leader of the Year for 2013 - South Council.   

Along with the everyday tasks of running a successful business this mother of two, was appointed the position of Chairman of THE PLAYERS for 2016.  She serves on the Board of Governors, and is a Trustee member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.
