Amber R. Donley, Esq. is a compassionate and zealous attorney licensed to practice law throughout the state of Florida. Mrs. Donley is the owner of Donley Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in Orange Park, Florida. She is a native of Miami, Florida and alumna of Bethune-Cookman University. Mrs. Donley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and served as a fifth-grade teacher in Title I schools prior to pursuing a career as an attorney.
In 2007, she relocated to Jacksonville, Florida to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an attorney. After earning her Juris Doctor in May 2010, Mrs. Donley made Northeast Florida her home and opened her law firm in 2015. Donley Law Firm, P.L.L.C. prides itself on providing excellent service and legal representation. The primary areas of practice are estate planning and family law matters. Mrs. Donley provides a personal and dedicated approach to assisting clients with their affairs through creating wills, trusts, durable power of attorneys, and advanced directives. Her approach to family law involves compassion for her clients balanced with sound counsel to ensure the best resolution.
Mrs. Donley served as the President of D.W. Perkins Bar Association 2017-2018 and a fellow of the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy 2016-2017. Mrs. Donley is also a proud honoree of the 2016 40 Under 40 Bethune-Cookman Alumni Award. Not only is Mrs. Donley an attorney, entrepreneur, and community leader, she is the loving wife of Attorney William L. Donley, III and doting mother of her daughters Alyssa and Audrey.

Laurie Lee has always been fascinated with business. As a legal advisor to entrepreneurs and a local small business owner of The Legal Department herself, she practices at the intersection of business and law – the place where most good business decisions are made.
She focuses on moving her clients forward and helping them navigate the various rules and regulations that face every business. She serves as a trusted member of her clients’ advisory teams, helps clarify options for different courses of action, documents business deals and manages potential risks. She believes there is always a way to achieve a goal; the challenge is only to find the best road to get there.
Laurie has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2003. She is AV Preeminent© Peer-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell© and has an AVVO© rating of 10 Superb. She was named the 2019 SBA North Florida Women-Owned Small Business Person of the Year. Laurie has a passion for being involved in her local community and helping small business owners succeed. Laurie has dedicated her time to organizations such as the Jacksonville Bar Association, Small Business Resource Network, Northeast Florida Women Business Owners, Jacksonville Women’s Business Center, Florida Small Business Development Center, and Score.
