Keynote Speaker:
Toni Chrabot is CEO of Risk Confidence Group LLC, a woman-owned small business and consultancy, and licensed private investigation agency. She provides solutions to the complex problems of businesses by helping them form a clear picture of emerging issues, establish priorities, and mitigate risk. She brings added insight into issues surrounding code of conduct, ethics, and communication gained from a career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation where she served as a special agent, hostage negotiator, instructor and field office executive.
Ms. Chrabot holds a Master of Education from University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University. She attended Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and completed London’s Metropolitan Police hostage negotiation training program, and the FBI’s crisis negotiation certification program. Ms. Chrabot is an active member of Society of Former Agents of the FBI, National Academy Associates, ASIS International, and Rotary.
