This year, we’re thrilled to welcome Celeste Blackman, co-creator of Radical Collaboration® and founder of Radical Collaboration for Women, as our featured facilitator. Celeste is known internationally for helping women leaders create environments rooted in trust, safety, and powerful connection.

Over three days of immersive, interactive sessions, Celeste will guide us through the Sisterhood Advantage—where women supporting women leads to exponential success. You’ll learn how to build collaborative “Green Zone” relationships, interrupt patterns that block connection, and harness the most radical tool for deepening relationships: heart-centered listening.

Expect bold breakthroughs, meaningful conversations, and a circle of like-minded women committed to rising together. You’ll leave not only inspired—but equipped with lasting tools, action plans, and a new kind of network that refuses to let you fail.

We’re heading to the beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort for this year’s WBO Fall Retreat! This stunning oceanfront venue offers the perfect blend of relaxation and inspiration—just steps from the sand, with resort-style amenities to enjoy between sessions.

We’ve secured a special group rate exclusively for retreat attendees. You’ll book your accommodations separately from the event registration so you can choose whether to enjoy a room to yourself or share with a fellow WBO member.
