The Hidden Cost of "Doing It All"

Facilitator: Letha Page
A New Page Counseling
High achievement and independence are often celebrated — but constantly operating in overdrive can come at a cost. Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart; it often shows up as continuing to perform while feeling drained and disconnected.
In this Member Connect Dinner, facilitator Letha Page will lead an honest, guided conversation on recognizing burnout and redefining balance in a sustainable way. Drawing from her expertise in mental health and trauma-informed care, she’ll share practical insights on setting boundaries, managing expectations, and prioritizing what truly matters.
Come ready to reflect, share, and gain perspective in a supportive, judgment-free space.
