TOPIC: The Power of Human Connection
More and more we hear how empathy is a required leadership skill. We talk about “walking in people’s shoes,” but what does that really mean? During this session, you will learn what empathy is really about and how to embrace this skill to build stronger relationships. We’ll explore the formula to make people feel heard and understood, without having to take on the responsibility of having to be the fix for people’s problems.
